Family Reunion (Day 1-The Sunny One)

The first day of the reunion was in the upper 70's and absolutely gorgeous. We sat in front of the beach house at 4 o'clock and enjoyed the sunshine along with quality appetizers and drinks provided courtesy of the Cabana Boys. This year they were equipped with a full-scale tent, which made quite the impression. Later that night we took a walk down to the beach, built a bonfire, roasted s'mores, and enjoyed a perfectly still Seaview Sunset. It was pretty amazing! I was so sure we'd have another beautiful sunset that I didn't even bring my camera. I couldn't have been more wrong. Fortunately, a lifetime of Long Beach vacations makes you pretty adept at indoor activities and games. Mac got passed around to no fewer than 50 people wating to hold him at any given moment, but just couldn't stay seem to stay awake.

Great pictures of a great reunion. Sorry Paco and Nanny missed the sunshine day. Oh well, we so enjoyed the Typhoon Days we all shared.
